The furniture seemed outdated. I noticed dust in the room. It is not acceptable given the prices. I did not receive a late checkout. The staff claimed the hotel was fully booked, but the app showed available rooms. I found it inadmissible that they would make false claims.

the furniture seemed a bit old. i noticed dust in several areas, not what i expect at this price point. getting someone to take my order at the pool took forever, i waited for an hour. the housekeeping was also inconsistent, often forgetting to replace face or hand towels, it was frustrating.

The staff was AMAZING! They were always friendly and ready to help. The guest relations team impressed me. They care about guests. The bartenders in the lobby bar made wonderful drinks. They helped me wind down after sightseeing!
The taxi pricing seemed inconsistent. When I asked them to set a price, it felt random.

Acceptable Stay, Some Service Issues
inconsistent taxi servicedisappointing spa
I found some aspects of my stay less than excellent. The taxi service seemed inconsistent. Prices changed randomly, and one driver even claimed evening rides cost more. The spa also fell short of expectations. It did not feel like a top-tier experience. The food was okay, but I only had one meal there because better options exist outside the hotel. These issues impacted the overall value.
